TYPOCOM were approached by West Dorset District Council to collaborate on a new initiative, working with nine local artists to promote their work and practice to a wider audience. The project - TM1 (Ten Minus One) - was to present their work as a whole, and also an individual exercise for each of the nine artists.
The solution was to produce a compact box as a method of holding as many pieces of information as required for a specific promotion, allowing either the group or the artist to decide exactly which items of literature were inserted. The individual booklets formed a showcase of selected works by each artist, with supporting biography and contact information.
